ColLock (a product of Logoman Collects, LLC) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (email, username, password, profile details, collection data, photos, trade history) and information collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, usage patterns via analytics). Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdSense, which may collect data via cookies and tracking pixels.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve ColLock, process transactions, send you service-related communications, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect against fraud or abuse. Collection data (sets, players, teams, cards, ownership status) is analyzed to improve product features and rankings. Paid subscribers do not see ads.
4. Google AdSense & Advertising
ColLock displays ads on the free tier via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to ColLock and other sites. You can opt out of personalized ads at google.com/ads/preferences. Paid subscribers will not see ads.
5. Third-Party Services
ColLock integrates with eBay, PSA, Stripe, Google Analytics, and optional photo storage providers (Google Drive, Dropbox). Each third party has its own privacy policy. ColLock is not responsible for their data practices. Stripe processes payment information; see stripe.com/privacy.
6. Cookies & Tracking
ColLock uses cookies for authentication and session management. Google Analytics tracks usage patterns to help us understand how the app is used. Google AdSense (on free tier) uses cookies for ad personalization. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some functionality may not work as expected.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting ColLock. We will delete your account, credentials, and personal information, though collection data you created may be retained under the Checklist & Collection Data License in the Terms of Service. Deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
8. Data Security
ColLock uses industry-standard security measures (HTTPS, encrypted passwords, secure authentication) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
9. Children & Age Requirement
ColLock is not intended for users under 18. If you are under 18, do not create an account. ColLock does not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g., GDPR/EU, CCPA/California) may have additional rights. To exercise these rights, contact ColLock with your request.
