How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your ColLock account directly from within the app:

Open the ColLock app and sign in.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation.
Tap the "Account Settings" tab.
Scroll down to "Delete Account" and tap it.
Type DELETE in the confirmation box, then tap "Delete Account" again to confirm.

If your account has an active paid subscription, you'll need to cancel it first (Account Settings > Manage Billing) -- the app will prompt you to do this before deletion can proceed.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, your username, first and last name, sport preferences, and trading status are permanently scrubbed immediately, and your login is permanently disabled -- you and no one else can ever sign back into that account again.

Trades, messages, and Library submissions that involve other collectors are not deleted outright, since doing so would erase those other users' own trade and chat history along with yours. Instead, they remain in place under an anonymized, de-identified placeholder in place of your name.

Some information -- such as billing and transaction records -- may be retained afterward where necessary for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
